Who is Habit Coaching For?

Most of my clients have struggled for years to lose weight and reverse significant health issues due to unhealthy habits. Years of yo-yo dieting, counting calories, eliminating food groups, and attempting multiple exercise programs has left them either gaining weight back or never getting through the first three months and quitting altogether.

These programs were created because in my 20 years in the health and fitness industry I have done, heard, and seen every method to lose weight, and I wanted to provide a healthier and sustainable way for anyone who is done with diets, supplements, detoxes and cleanses.

My programs teach you how to change the thoughts and daily habits that are hindering your health and learn the tools to establish habits that will help you lose weight, and truly improve your overall health. The secret to sustainable weight loss is really no secret at all. When your daily habits support your health, you become healthy!
