The quality of your life is directly correlated to your health and your health is directly impacted by your daily habits. This program is built on 3 pillars and based on the psychology of behavioral change and focuses on changing your daily thoughts and habits to improve your health, including long term weight loss. Awareness is all about identifying your current habits or behaviors, this is where it all starts and how we identify your upcoming actions. Action is where we plan together what habits need to take place to get you closer to your overall goal. You can also think of the actions as tools I give you to use, to create new habits. The planning portion is teaching you how and when to use that tool. Accountability will be a huge part of this program. We will schedule one on one zoom meeting every two weeks. The first two meetings are focused on Awareness. I will give you something to focus on or a task for that week and then a follow up email or text will be sent to check in on how the focus or task is going. Each week will build on itself and each focus and task is very individualized to you and your goals, or the habits you want to become more consistent with. I am also available via email if you have questions or need a refocus call. This program will also focus on the following: Foundation Call We will dig deep into the how to start identifying your daily habits and discover keystone habits that will directly impact your health and the quality of your life. This is also where your foundation for change will be established and mapped out. Mindset Build a strong foundation mentally will help you accomplish more than you have ever imagined. We will focus on changing your mindset around your body, your ability to change your habits, and learn how to focus on the process of this journey. These tools will be invaluable not only for this program, but also well after. Online & One on One Coaching and Support Support and accountability is the greatest value to any coaching program. A Private Facebook group will offer community support as well as your one on one sessions as mentioned above.
